August 9, Journal of Integrative Nursing successfully joins in Open Science Identity (OSID). OSID, an open science non-profitable plan for learned periodical industry, is issued by Publication Fusion Redaction Specialized Committee of China Redactological Society and National News Publication Bureau Integrative Development Key Laboratory. OSID constructs a support system of promoting integration of open science and media of academic journal. In this system, SAYS is no longer just displaying plain text or a few of pictures, it can display a variety of formats of paper materials, including audio, video, animation, PPT, pictures, ect.. in addition, there are several merits: (1) It improves the disseminating quality of papers and influencing factor of journal. (2) It is conductive to improve scientific Integrity of papers and stop scientific misconduct of papers. (3) It benefits peer review, and enhance the quality and speed of manuscript reviewing. (4) It constructs a platform of knowledge service to promote academic exchange of users. Journals can free join this system, and enjoys various services.
